Security
Atlantic Lock Supply’s Web Site uses a secure server to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of any information you provide. All transaction data is encrypted (similar to encryption used when running a credit card).
Freight
All order shipments will be made via the most practical and efficient method - in most cases via UPS Ground. Claims for loss or damage must be made within five (5) days of receipt of shipment. ANY SALES ORDER TRANSACTED IN FULL ON OUR INTERNET SITE OVER $500 SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND WILL BE PRE-PAID IN MOST CASES. Orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 states and international orders cannot be sent via UPS Ground.
Please allow 2-3 working days for all in-stock items via UPS Ground (allow an extra 1-2 days for any item that requires Keying). Most Emtek items will ship in 8-10 working days. Please also allow an extra 2-3 working days for any backordered items. In the event that any item will take longer than 7 working days to send out you will be notified by Atlantic Lock Supply.
Returned Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt for damage and accuracy. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges if we are notified within 15 days of delivery. In order to expedite your return you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) by submitting your request online via this link. No merchandise will be accepted for return without an assigned RGA number obtained from our company. Once issued by Atlantic Locksmiths, RGA numbers are valid for 10 days and must be on the outside of every box sent back. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer shall pay all freight on returns, unless there is a defect in product or clear error on the part of Atlantic Lock Supply. Special order items cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and must be in their original boxes and in unused and re-saleable condition. No deductions from payment will be allowed until a formal credit has been issued by Atlantic Lock Supply. Any defective material will be returned to the factory for their inspection and no monies can be issued until the factory credits Atlantic Lock Supply for defective merchandise.
Claims
Please check your order as soon as possible. All shortages must be reported to Atlantic Lock Supply within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Any merchandise that is lost and/or damaged by the delivering carrier must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage will nullify the insurance on the order and constitutes receipt of the merchandise in good condition. It will be the purchaser’s responsibility to file the appropriate claim forms with the delivering carrier.

In the event that an item is listed with an incorrect price or with any incorrect information, we reserve the right upon notification to cancel the order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of the products that appear on our site; however, the actual colors you see are dependent on your display monitor. A particular manufacturer’s color and finish will not always match the color and finish of another manufacturer and some finishes will change color over time.
All products sold as new are covered by the respective manufacturer’s standard warranty. Atlantic Lock Supply does not offer separate warranties for any items sold. Read all provided instruction and installation manuals as items can only be returned if unused and in re-saleable condition. All electrical security products should be installed by certified low-voltage security installers. Use of this site implies your acceptance of all above described terms.
